Service Provider Opportunities

Work with MyAndes as an Eligible Service Provider

MyAndes coordinates routine property-care opportunities through eligible independent Service Providers in the Twin Cities metro area. If your business provides lawn care, cleaning, snow removal, or other approved non-invasive property services, start a profile and review the ISP Business Agreement to get started.

Starting a profile is intake only — it is not approval. MyAndes reviews eligibility, agreement acceptance, service categories, task fit, scope, and readiness before any opportunities are made visible. No jobs, minimum earnings, or guaranteed opportunities are promised.

Applications are submitted and reviewed entirely through this website. Create a free account to apply.

How MyAndes Works with Service Providers

MyAndes is a Minnesota property-care coordination platform. We work with eligible Service Providers — independent businesses that provide routine property-care services — to fulfill customer requests in the Twin Cities metro area.

When a customer submits a service request and MyAndes approves it, the request may become an available opportunity that eligible Service Providers can review and accept through the provider portal. MyAndes does not guarantee a minimum number of available opportunities, a minimum compensation amount, or continuous work.

Eligible opportunities depend on customer demand, service area, provider readiness, compliance status, and review quality. Customers approve estimates before any work is scheduled or performed.

Service Providers operate as independent businesses. MyAndes does not control the means or methods by which a Service Provider performs approved services. Each Service Provider is responsible for their own tools, equipment, scheduling, and business operations.

If a Service Provider notices additional work that may benefit the customer, the provider may suggest it — but the customer must add, approve, and submit the additional task through MyAndes before any additional work is scheduled or performed.

Provider Readiness Guide

What MyAndes Expects from Every Service Provider

Before accepting your first opportunity, make sure you understand and agree with the following standards. These are not optional — they are the foundation of the MyAndes provider relationship.

Clear, Professional Communication

Respond to customers promptly and professionally. Use plain language. Confirm scope before starting. If something is unclear, ask — do not assume.

Approved Scope Only

Perform only the work that has been approved in writing by the customer through MyAndes, and only tasks within your approved capability and comfort level. Do not begin additional work without customer approval — even if you believe it is needed.

No Regulated or Licensed Trade Work

Do not perform electrical, plumbing, HVAC, gas piping, roofing, structural, or other regulated work through MyAndes unless you hold the required Minnesota license and have received explicit written approval from MyAndes for that specific scope.

Additional Tasks Go Through Customer Approval

If you notice additional work that may benefit the customer, you may suggest it — but the customer must add it, approve it, and submit it through MyAndes before any additional work is scheduled or performed. Do not perform unapproved work.

No Pressure Selling

Do not pressure customers to add services, upgrade scope, or make decisions on the spot. Suggestions are welcome; pressure is not. Customers have the right to decline any suggestion.

Professional Photos and Notes

Photos and notes submitted through MyAndes must be professional, accurate, and relevant to the approved scope. Do not photograph areas outside the approved service scope without explicit permission.

Safety Boundaries

Do not enter areas of a property that are not part of the approved scope. Respect locked areas, posted notices, and customer instructions. If a safety concern arises, stop work and contact MyAndes.

Independent Business Responsibilities

You operate as an independent business. You are responsible for your own tools, equipment, insurance, taxes, and compliance with applicable law. MyAndes does not control the means or methods by which you perform approved services.

A more detailed readiness checklist and acknowledgment will be available in the provider portal as part of the onboarding process.

No Guaranteed Work

MyAndes does not guarantee a minimum number of available opportunities, a minimum compensation amount, or continuous work. Available opportunities depend on customer demand, service area, provider readiness, compliance status, and review quality.

No Regulated or Licensed Work Without Approval

MyAndes does not coordinate construction, repairs, regulated trade work, hazardous cleanup, medical or elder-care support, emergency response, or services requiring a specialized license (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, structural, etc.) unless separately verified and approved in writing. Service Providers must not perform regulated or out-of-scope work through the MyAndes platform without explicit written approval.

Provider Compensation Setup Not Active

Provider compensation and payment setup is not active in this phase. No Stripe Connect, bank account, payout, or 1099 automation is available. Compensation terms will be communicated separately when this phase is activated. Provider approval, background checks, and insurance or document verification are also not automatic — each is reviewed manually by MyAndes administrators.
