Terms of Service
Effective Date: June 7, 2026 · Last Updated: June 26, 2026
Please Read Carefully
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the MyAndes website and your membership with MyAndes LLC ("MyAndes," "we," "us," or "our"). By using our website or enrolling in a membership, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
1. Legal Business Identity
These Terms are entered into with:
Legal Name: MyAndes LLC
State of Formation: Minnesota
Service Area: Twin Cities Metro, Minnesota
Email: info@myandes.com
Phone: 612-356-2413
2. Membership Plans and Benefits
MyAndes may offer optional membership savings plans, including Founder Membership options when available on the Memberships page. Memberships are optional and are not required to request or receive eligible services. Available plan names, prices, eligible benefits, renewal or non-renewal terms, cancellation terms, refund terms, annual savings limits, eligible services, and other applicable limits are disclosed before checkout.
Services are priced separately. A membership does not guarantee service availability, lock service prices, or include free services of any kind. Customer approval is required before any service is scheduled. Regulated and licensed specialty work remains excluded from Direct MyAndes Services regardless of membership tier. Referral Partner or licensed specialty work is not discounted unless specifically approved by MyAndes in writing.
Prices and service offerings may change. We will provide at least 30 days' written notice before any price increase takes effect for existing members.
Scheduling is subject to availability. MyAndes does not guarantee same-day or emergency availability under any membership tier. MyAndes does not guarantee emergency response unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement.
3. Founder Lifetime Memberships
3.1 What a Founder Lifetime Membership Is
A Founder Lifetime Membership is a one-time, non-recurring payment that grants the purchasing customer a lifetime discount on eligible Direct MyAndes Services, subject to an annual savings cap as described in Section 3.6. A Founder Lifetime Membership is not a service credit, gift card, prepaid service balance, or stored-value instrument of any kind. It has no cash value and is not redeemable for cash.
3.2 What "Lifetime" Means
"Lifetime" means the membership does not expire while the customer's account remains active and in good standing. It does not mean free services of any kind, locked or frozen service prices, guaranteed service availability, unlimited discounts, or a commitment by MyAndes to continue offering any specific service indefinitely. MyAndes may update service prices, service offerings, and membership benefits over time. If MyAndes makes a material reduction in Founder Lifetime Membership benefits, MyAndes will provide at least 30 days' written notice to affected customers before the change takes effect.
3.3 One-Time Payment
A Founder Lifetime Membership is purchased with a single one-time payment. There is no monthly fee, no recurring billing, and no automatic renewal. The one-time price for the selected tier is shown clearly before purchase.
3.4 One Primary Property
A Founder Lifetime Membership covers one primary property at the address provided at the time of enrollment. It does not extend to additional properties, rental units, commercial properties, or properties acquired after enrollment unless MyAndes approves an update in writing.
3.5 Eligible Direct MyAndes Services
The Founder discount applies only to eligible Direct MyAndes Services — services performed directly by MyAndes and identified as eligible at the time of the service request. The list of eligible services may change over time. MyAndes will disclose which services are eligible before a service estimate is approved.
3.6 Annual Savings Cap
The Founder discount is subject to an annual savings cap per tier:
- Founder Green: up to $25 in estimated savings per calendar year
- Founder Gold: up to $90 in estimated savings per calendar year
- Founder Legacy: up to $175 in estimated savings per calendar year
The annual savings cap resets on January 1 of each calendar year. Unused savings do not carry over to the following year. Once the annual cap is reached for a given calendar year, the Founder discount does not apply to additional services until the cap resets on January 1.
3.7 No Free Services
A Founder Lifetime Membership does not include any free services, complimentary visits, or guaranteed service credits of any kind. All services are priced separately and must be approved by the customer before scheduling.
3.8 Service Prices Are Not Locked
A Founder Lifetime Membership does not lock or freeze service prices. MyAndes may update service pricing at any time. The Founder discount is applied to the then-current approved service price at the time of each service.
3.9 Exclusions — What the Discount Does Not Apply To
The Founder discount does not apply to:
- sales tax or any applicable government-imposed fees or charges;
- work performed by Referral Partners or independent licensed specialty contractors;
- licensed or regulated specialty services, including but not limited to electrical, plumbing, HVAC, gas piping, roofing, siding, structural repairs, and similar regulated work;
- materials, supply charges, or disposal fees;
- priority scheduling fees or expedited response fees;
- services requiring a written quote, unless MyAndes specifically approves the Founder discount for that job in writing;
- additional properties not enrolled under the membership.
3.10 Customer Approval Required
No service is scheduled or performed without the customer's prior approval of the service estimate. If the Founder discount applies to a service, the discounted amount will be shown on the estimate before the customer approves. Approval of an estimate constitutes authorization to schedule and perform the described work at the stated price.
3.11 No Automatic Scheduling
A Founder Lifetime Membership does not include automatic or recurring service scheduling of any kind. Each service visit must be requested separately by the customer.
3.12 No Guaranteed Response Time
MyAndes does not guarantee response times, scheduling windows, or service availability under any Founder Lifetime Membership tier. Scheduling is subject to provider availability and geographic service area coverage at the time of the request.
3.13 Service Provider Compensation
Founder discounts are funded by MyAndes. The Founder discount does not reduce the compensation paid to the Service Provider performing the work. Service Providers receive the approved compensation for the job regardless of any Founder discount applied to the customer's estimate or invoice.
3.14 Non-Transferability
A Founder Lifetime Membership is personal to the purchasing customer and is not transferable to another person or property without MyAndes's prior written approval. Membership benefits may not be assigned, gifted, sold, or otherwise conveyed to a third party.
3.15 Refund Policy
A Founder Lifetime Membership may be refunded in full within seven (7) days of purchase, provided that no Founder discount benefit has been used during that period. For purposes of this refund policy, a Founder discount benefit is considered used when a Founder discount has been applied to a completed and paid service invoice. A displayed estimate or savings preview alone does not count as a used benefit.
To request a refund, the customer must contact MyAndes in writing at info@myandes.com within seven (7) days of purchase. The refund request date will be based on the date and time MyAndes receives the written request.
If a Founder discount benefit has already been used, a refund is not automatically available. Except where required by applicable law or approved by MyAndes, Founder Lifetime Memberships are non-refundable after seven (7) days from the date of purchase. MyAndes may approve refund exceptions at its discretion on a case-by-case basis.
If a refund is approved under this policy, MyAndes will refund the Founder Membership purchase amount charged to the customer. MyAndes does not charge a separate refund processing fee for approved Founder Membership refunds.
This refund policy does not affect any rights the customer may have under applicable law.
3.16 Account Termination
If a customer's account is closed, suspended for cause, or terminated by MyAndes for violation of these Terms of Service, Founder Lifetime Membership benefits may be forfeited without refund. MyAndes reserves the right to terminate a Founder Lifetime Membership for material breach of these Terms after providing written notice to the customer and a reasonable opportunity to cure the breach.
3.17 Program Changes and Material Change Notice
MyAndes may modify the Founder Lifetime Membership program over time, including eligible services, discount percentages, annual savings caps, and program terms. For any material reduction in Founder Lifetime Membership benefits, MyAndes will provide at least 30 days' written notice to affected customers before the change takes effect. Continued use of membership benefits after the effective date of a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
3.18 Terms Version and Acceptance
The version of these Terms of Service accepted at checkout is recorded with the customer's purchase record. Customers are required to affirmatively acknowledge these Terms, the Founder Membership Terms, and the Privacy Policy before payment is collected. Electronic acceptance at checkout constitutes a valid and enforceable electronic record under applicable law.
6. Visual Property Walkthrough & Photo Report Scope
A Visual Property Walkthrough & Photo Report is a limited visual review of observable property conditions for property-care planning purposes only.
A visual walkthrough is not a code inspection, engineering inspection, structural inspection, insurance inspection, environmental assessment, or guarantee that every defect, hazard, or repair need will be identified. MyAndes does not certify the condition of any property and does not provide opinions on insurance coverage, structural integrity, or code compliance.
Observations and recommendations in a walkthrough report are based solely on conditions visible and accessible at the time of the visit. Hidden, concealed, or inaccessible conditions are outside the scope of the review.
4. Direct-Service Limitations
MyAndes directly provides only eligible routine property-care services expressly identified as direct MyAndes services. Eligible routine tasks include visual property walkthroughs, lawn care, seasonal yard cleanup, exterior cleaning (ground-level), snow removal, and other approved non-invasive tasks that do not require a specialty trade license under Minnesota law.
MyAndes does not directly contract for or perform repairs, improvements, construction work, larger projects, permitted work, or regulated specialty services. MyAndes does not provide construction, repairs, regulated trade work, or services requiring a specialized license.
Materials, additional labor, specialty equipment, disposal, permits, and services outside the selected membership benefits are separate charges unless expressly stated otherwise.
5. Services Not Offered
MyAndes does not provide construction, repairs, regulated trade work, or services requiring a specialized license. This includes but is not limited to: electrical work, plumbing, HVAC, gas piping, roofing, siding, remodeling, structural work, pest control, chemical lawn treatments, and hazardous-material cleanup.
If a customer requests a service that is outside the approved MyAndes direct-service scope, MyAndes will notify the customer that the service is not currently offered and will not schedule or charge for that service.
7. Visit Limits, Labor Cap, and No-Rollover Policy
Membership visits are subject to the following limits, which are disclosed at checkout and in the membership confirmation email:
- One enrolled property per membership. A membership covers a single residential property at the address provided at enrollment.
- One provider per visit. Each scheduled visit is performed by one MyAndes provider.
- Labor cap per visit. Each visit includes eligible direct-service labor up to the limit disclosed at checkout. Additional time is billed at the applicable member rate.
- No rollover. Unused visits and unused labor time do not carry over to the next billing period. Unused visits expire at the end of the billing cycle in which they were available.
- Visit count by plan: Specific visit counts per plan will be disclosed at checkout when enrollment opens.
9. Materials Policy
Materials are not included in membership fees unless expressly stated. When MyAndes purchases materials on behalf of the customer, the charge is the actual cost of the materials plus a materials handling fee disclosed before purchase.
Disposal fees, special pickup trips, parking, permits, and specialty-equipment rental are quoted separately when applicable. MyAndes will obtain customer approval before purchasing materials or incurring additional charges.
10. Photos, Reports, and Property Documentation
By scheduling a service visit, the customer grants MyAndes permission to photograph observable property conditions and completed services for the purpose of creating written visit reports, maintaining service records, and supporting future maintenance planning.
Photos and reports are stored in the customer's account and may be shared with the customer electronically. Photos are not shared with third parties except as described in the Privacy Policy or with the customer's express written consent.
11. Recurring Billing and Cancellation
Founder Lifetime Memberships are purchased with a single one-time payment and do not involve recurring billing or automatic renewal. If MyAndes offers recurring membership plans in the future, specific billing terms, renewal disclosures, and cancellation procedures will be published and disclosed before any recurring payment is collected. All billing terms comply with applicable Minnesota law and federal requirements.
A customer will be able to cancel through the online membership-management page or by contacting MyAndes directly. MyAndes does not charge a cancellation penalty. Cancel at myandes.com/cancel-membership.
12. Electronic Communications and Records
By purchasing a membership or submitting a service request electronically, the customer agrees to receive membership confirmations, invoices, service-request updates, visit reports, and cancellation confirmations electronically by email. Electronic records — including email confirmations, visit reports, invoices, and electronic acceptance of these Terms — are valid and enforceable to the same extent as paper records.
13. Scheduling and Access
Members are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the property at the scheduled service time. If access is not available at the scheduled time, the visit may be forfeited for that period without refund. We will make reasonable efforts to reschedule.
MyAndes will provide advance notice of scheduled visits. All scheduling is subject to availability. Emergency or same-day requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. MyAndes does not guarantee emergency response unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement.
8. MyAndes Platform Role and Service Coordination
MyAndes operates as a coordinator and platform for approved routine property-care services. MyAndes is not a general contractor, licensed trade contractor, or employment agency. MyAndes confirms service scope and pricing with the customer before any work is scheduled.
Customers submit a service request; MyAndes reviews the request, confirms scope and pricing, and contacts the customer to schedule. No work is scheduled without the customer's prior approval of the service scope and pricing.
MyAndes does not guarantee that any specific service will be available at any specific time. Availability is subject to eligible Service Provider capacity and geographic service area coverage at the time of the request.
8a. Eligible Service Provider Fulfillment
MyAndes coordinates fulfillment of approved routine property-care opportunities through eligible Service Providers. MyAndes makes approved opportunities available to eligible Service Providers. An eligible Service Provider may accept or decline any available opportunity.
Service Providers engaged through the MyAndes platform are independent businesses, not employees of MyAndes. MyAndes does not direct the means or methods by which a Service Provider performs approved work within the customer-approved scope.
When a customer approves a service and an eligible Service Provider accepts the approved opportunity, MyAndes may share the minimum necessary service details with that Service Provider solely to coordinate and fulfill the approved service. Customer data shared with a Service Provider is governed by the MyAndes Privacy Policy. Service Providers may not use customer information for any purpose other than fulfilling the approved MyAndes opportunity.
No public booking or instant marketplace acceptance is active. All service requests are reviewed by MyAndes before scheduling.
8b. Licensed and Regulated Work Exclusions
MyAndes does not provide, coordinate, or arrange the following categories of work, regardless of how a request is submitted:
- Electrical work of any kind
- Plumbing, drain, or sewer work
- HVAC, mechanical, or gas piping work
- Roofing, siding, or structural work
- Permit-required work or work subject to code inspection
- Engineering, structural assessment, or code compliance evaluation
- Security system installation or monitoring
- Regulated trade work requiring a Minnesota contractor license
- Hazardous material handling, abatement, or disposal
- Emergency services of any kind
If a customer submits a request that falls within these excluded categories, MyAndes will notify the customer that the service is not offered and will not schedule or charge for that service. MyAndes may suggest that the customer contact a licensed professional for excluded work.
MyAndes does not represent that any eligible Service Provider is licensed for regulated trade work unless MyAndes has separately verified and approved that Service Provider for a specific licensed-work category. Customers should not assume that a Service Provider engaged through MyAndes holds any specific trade license unless MyAndes has confirmed it in writing for that specific service.
8c. No Guaranteed Availability or Emergency Response
MyAndes does not guarantee service availability, response times, or scheduling windows under any plan or membership tier. All scheduling is subject to eligible Service Provider availability and geographic service area coverage at the time of the request.
MyAndes does not provide emergency services of any kind. If you have a property emergency — including but not limited to flooding, fire, gas leaks, electrical hazards, or structural failure — contact the appropriate emergency services (911, your utility provider, or a licensed emergency contractor) immediately. Do not submit a MyAndes service request for emergency situations.
8d. Referral Partners — Separate Consent Required
MyAndes may work with Referral Partners — licensed specialty contractors or other service providers — for work outside the MyAndes direct-service scope. MyAndes does not share customer information with any Referral Partner without separate, explicit customer consent.
Referral Partner sharing is a separate workflow. No customer information is shared with a Referral Partner unless the customer has separately consented to that specific referral. Referral Partner sharing is not currently active.
If and when a Referral Partner program is activated, customers will be presented with a separate consent step before any information is shared. Customers may decline referral sharing at any time without affecting their ability to request MyAndes direct services.
8e. Background Checks and Consumer Reports — FCRA Hold
MyAndes does not currently run background checks, consumer reports, or credit checks on any person — including Service Providers or customers — through any automated or third-party workflow.
If and when MyAndes implements a background-check program for eligible Service Providers, MyAndes will comply with all applicable requirements under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) and Minnesota law, including:
- Providing a standalone written disclosure to the subject of the report, separate from any other agreement
- Obtaining written authorization before ordering any consumer report
- Following required adverse-action procedures if a consumer report is used in a decision
- Complying with Minnesota timing restrictions on the use of criminal record information (Minn. Stat. § 364.021)
No background-check or consumer-report workflow is active at this time. No sensitive personal data (SSN, date of birth, criminal history) is collected through any MyAndes public form or application flow while the Service Provider portal remains closed.
8f. Service Provider Data-Sharing — Scope and Limits
MyAndes coordinates routine property-care services using eligible Service Providers — independent professionals who have been reviewed and approved by MyAndes and have accepted the current MyAndes ISP Business Agreement. This section describes how customer information may be shared with eligible Service Providers and the limits on that sharing.
What may be shared. If MyAndes approves a customer's service request and an eligible Service Provider accepts the approved opportunity, MyAndes may share limited information from the customer's request with that Service Provider only as needed to review, coordinate, or complete the approved routine property-care opportunity. Information that may be shared includes: the customer's name; service location and property address; contact details needed for coordination; service request details; uploaded photos or notes; scheduling and access preferences; and other information the customer provides for the request.
What is not shared. Customer information is not made public and will not be shared with unapproved Service Providers. MyAndes does not sell customer personal information as part of this Service Provider workflow. Opportunity and customer detail access is protected by platform controls and eligibility checks — only Service Providers who have been approved by MyAndes and have accepted the current ISP Business Agreement may access customer request details. Payment information, bank information, background-check information, referral partner data, and membership or payment data are not part of this Service Provider data-sharing workflow.
Referral Partners. Referral Partner sharing is a separate workflow and requires separate customer consent. Referral Partner sharing is not active at this time.
Public booking is not active. Submitting a service request does not automatically schedule work or share customer information with any Service Provider. MyAndes reviews every request and confirms next steps with the customer before anything is scheduled.
Licensed and regulated work. Licensed or regulated work (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, gas, roofing, siding, and similar) remains excluded from the Service Provider workflow unless separately verified and approved by MyAndes. See Section 8b.
Privacy. For more information about how MyAndes collects, uses, and protects customer information, see the Privacy Policy. Customers may contact MyAndes at info@myandes.com with privacy questions.
14. Service Provider Terms
Any additional terms applicable to a scheduled service — including terms governing the relationship between MyAndes and any service provider involved in fulfilling that service — will be disclosed before booking is enabled.
15. Satisfaction and Disputes
If you are not satisfied with work performed, please contact us within 7 days of the service date. We will make reasonable efforts to address any deficiencies. Our goal is your satisfaction.
For billing disputes, contact us within 30 days of the charge at info@myandes.com or 612-356-2413.
16. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Minnesota law, MyAndes's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to our services shall not exceed the total amount you paid to MyAndes in the 3 months preceding the claim.
MyAndes is not liable for: (a) pre-existing property conditions; (b) damage caused by deferred maintenance that was not disclosed to us; (c) indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind.
Customer responsibility for property access and safe conditions: The customer is responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the property at the scheduled service time, disclosing known hazards or access restrictions before the visit, and ensuring that the property is in a condition that allows safe service. MyAndes is not liable for damage or injury resulting from undisclosed hazards, restricted access, or unsafe property conditions.
Damage and rework reporting: If you believe that a service visit caused damage to your property, you must notify MyAndes in writing at info@myandes.com within 7 days of the service date. MyAndes will review the report and make reasonable efforts to address documented damage caused by the service visit. Claims reported after 7 days may not be eligible for review. MyAndes is not responsible for damage that is not reported within this window or that is attributable to pre-existing conditions, deferred maintenance, or causes unrelated to the service visit.
16a. Insurance and License Proof
MyAndes may require eligible Service Providers to provide proof of general liability insurance and, where applicable, proof of a required trade license before being approved for specific service categories. MyAndes does not represent that every Service Provider holds insurance or a trade license for every service category.
Customers who require proof of insurance or licensure for a specific service should contact MyAndes before approving a service estimate. MyAndes will confirm what documentation is available for the eligible Service Provider assigned to that opportunity.
MyAndes does not warrant that any Service Provider's insurance coverage will be sufficient to cover any specific claim or loss. Customers are encouraged to maintain their own homeowner's or property insurance for their property.
17. Intellectual Property
All content on the MyAndes website — including text, images, logos, and design — is owned by MyAndes or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
18. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Hennepin County, Minnesota.
Before filing any formal legal claim, you agree to first contact MyAndes in writing at info@myandes.com and give us 30 days to resolve the dispute informally. This requirement does not limit your right to seek emergency injunctive relief or to file a complaint with a government agency.
Small Claims Court: Either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court in Hennepin County, Minnesota, if the claim qualifies under that court's jurisdictional limits, without first completing the informal resolution process.
Class Action Waiver: To the fullest extent permitted by law, you waive any right to bring claims against MyAndes as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class action, collective action, or representative proceeding.
19. Disclaimer of Warranties
MYANDES SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY MINNESOTA LAW.
MyAndes does not warrant that: (a) services will be uninterrupted or error-free; (b) any specific result or outcome will be achieved from a service visit; (c) defects identified during an inspection will be fully remediated within a single visit; or (d) the property will be free from future maintenance issues after a service visit.
Nothing in this disclaimer limits your statutory rights as a Minnesota consumer.
20. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify active members of material changes by email at least 30 days before they take effect. Your continued use of our services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
