Referral Partner Registration
If your business works with homeowners, landlords, or property managers in the Twin Cities metro area, you may be eligible to register as a MyAndes referral partner. Register your interest below.
Registration is interest intake only and does not guarantee approval, a referral partner agreement, or referral compensation.
Who This Is For
MyAndes is exploring referral partner arrangements with businesses that regularly interact with homeowners, landlords, and property managers in the Twin Cities metro area and may have opportunities to refer customers who need routine property care, cleaning, or related services.
How Referral Partner Intake Works
Register Your Interest
Submit your contact information and a brief description of your business and how you may refer customers to MyAndes. This is intake only — not an approval or agreement.
MyAndes Reviews Your Intake
MyAndes reviews submitted interest forms. Not all inquiries will result in a referral partner arrangement. MyAndes will contact you if your business is a potential fit and your application may advance to an approved referral partner arrangement.
Written Agreement Required Before Activation
Any referral partner arrangement requires a written referral partner agreement reviewed under applicable law. No referral compensation is owed or paid until a written agreement is fully executed.
Customer Consent Comes First
No customer information may be shared with MyAndes unless the customer has authorized the sharing. Customer pricing and service approval remain entirely separate from any referral partner arrangement.
Registration Interest Checklist
When you submit your registration interest form, please include the following information. Incomplete submissions may not be reviewed. Do not include any customer names, contact information, addresses, or property details in your registration submission.
Legal business name and entity type
e.g., "Acme Property Management LLC" — sole proprietor, LLC, corporation, etc.
Primary contact name, role, email, and phone
The person MyAndes should contact for follow-up and agreement review.
Business website or public profile, if available
A website, LinkedIn page, or other public business profile helps MyAndes verify your business.
Service area and customer types served
Which cities or zip codes you serve, and whether your customers are homeowners, landlords, renters, or commercial property owners.
How you expect to identify customers who may need MyAndes routine property-care services
Describe the referral context — e.g., during a property showing, at lease renewal, after a move-out inspection, or through a client newsletter.
Confirmation you will not share customer names, contact information, addresses, photos, or property details without customer authorization
MyAndes will not accept or use customer data shared without documented customer authorization.
Acknowledgment that registration interest is not approval and no referral compensation is active without a written agreement
Submitting this email does not create an agreement, guarantee approval, or activate any compensation arrangement.
Disclosure and Customer Consent Standards
All referral partners are expected to meet these standards before any referral workflow is activated. These are not optional — they protect customers and ensure any referral arrangement complies with applicable law and MyAndes policy.
Transparency with customers is required
Referral partners must be transparent with customers about any referral relationship once one exists. Customers should know if a referral partner may receive compensation related to their introduction to MyAndes.
Customer information requires customer authorization
Customer information — including names, contact details, addresses, photos, and property details — may be shared with MyAndes only after the customer has explicitly authorized that sharing. MyAndes will not accept or use customer data shared without documented authorization.
Customer pricing and scheduling remain with MyAndes
Customer pricing, service approval, and scheduling are determined entirely by MyAndes and the customer. A referral partner arrangement does not affect what customers are charged or how their service requests are handled.
No compensation without a fully executed written agreement
No referral compensation is owed or paid unless a written referral partner agreement is fully executed. Registration interest alone does not create any compensation obligation.
Approved disclosure language may be required
MyAndes may require referral partners to use approved disclosure language with customers before any referral workflow is activated. This ensures customers understand the referral relationship before any information is shared.
Customer Consent and Privacy-First Referral Handling
MyAndes takes customer privacy seriously. Any referral partner arrangement must comply with applicable privacy law and MyAndes privacy policy.
No customer data without authorization: Referral partners must not share any customer name, contact information, address, or property information with MyAndes unless the customer has explicitly authorized that sharing. MyAndes will not accept or use customer data shared without documented customer authorization.
Customer pricing is separate: Customer pricing, service approval, and scheduling are determined entirely by MyAndes and the customer. A referral partner arrangement does not affect what customers are charged or how their service requests are handled.
Referral partner arrangements are disclosed: If MyAndes receives a referral fee or provides referral compensation under a written agreement, that arrangement will be disclosed consistent with applicable law and MyAndes policy.
Referral Compensation Status
Not Active — Written Agreement Required
Referral compensation is not currently active. No referral compensation is owed or paid based on registration interest alone. Any referral compensation, if any, requires a written referral partner agreement reviewed under applicable law before activation.
No Compensation for Prohibited or Regulated Work
MyAndes does not pay referral compensation for prohibited, unapproved, or regulated work unless a written agreement and applicable law explicitly allow it. This includes construction, structural work, hazardous cleanup, medical or elder-care support, emergency response, and any work requiring a license MyAndes does not hold. Referral partners may not refer customers for work that MyAndes does not coordinate.
No Guarantee of Approval or Compensation
Registering interest does not guarantee approval as a referral partner, execution of a referral partner agreement, or any referral compensation. MyAndes reserves the right to decline any referral partner application at its discretion.
