How MyAndes Works

Six straightforward steps — from browsing tasks to documented, approved routine property care.

Pricing confirmed before scheduling
No payment collected today
Customer approval required
No automatic scheduling
Documented visits
01

Choose a Service or Browse Tasks

Start with a service category or browse the Task Catalog to understand what fits your property. Customers can build a visit preview — no payment required to browse.

Browse Tasks
02

Build the Request

Describe the task before submitting — including tools, materials, access, timing, physical requirements, safety conditions, and whether urgent help is requested. The more detail you provide, the smoother the review.

03

MyAndes Reviews Scope and Pricing

MyAndes reviews the request to confirm whether it fits approved routine property-care services, the service area, and the described timing. Pricing is confirmed before scheduling — no automatic scheduling, no surprise charges.

04

Customer Approves Next Steps

No work is scheduled automatically. The customer reviews the confirmed scope and pricing before approving. Customer approval is required before anything moves forward.

05

Eligible Service Providers May Accept

MyAndes makes approved opportunities available to eligible Service Providers whose profile, tools, availability, comfort level, and safety preferences match the task. Service Providers may accept or decline opportunities.

06

Work Is Completed and Documented

When applicable, customers receive photos, notes, or a service summary after the visit. Documented visits help you track your property's condition over time.

Routine Property Care Only

MyAndes focuses on approved routine property-care services. MyAndes does not provide construction, repairs, regulated trade work, hazardous cleanup, or services requiring a specialized license. Service Providers may stop work if conditions are unsafe, materially different from the approved request, or outside the approved scope.

Urgent Requests

Urgent Task Help

Urgent Task Help may be available for approved routine property-care tasks when an eligible Service Provider is available. Customers must describe the task, timing, tools, materials, physical requirements, and safety conditions before submitting.

  • 100% of the Urgent Availability Fee is passed to the Service Provider. MyAndes does not keep any part of the urgent fee — only its normal platform share from the base service price.
  • Urgent tasks may require a two-hour minimum.
  • Service Providers may accept or decline urgent opportunities and may stop work if the site is unsafe, materially different from the approved request, or outside the approved scope.

Urgent Task Help does not guarantee immediate availability or 24/7 coverage.
