MyAndes Does Not Perform Regulated Trade Work
MyAndes coordinates routine property-care services — lawn care, cleaning, snow removal, and similar non-invasive work. MyAndes does not perform, sell, contract for, supervise, manage, quote, permit, warrant, or schedule regulated construction, trade, or specialty work. With your authorization, MyAndes may provide an introduction to an independent licensed or specialty provider who handles their own quote, contract, permits, insurance, warranty, scheduling, and work performance directly with you.

MyAndes does not provide emergency services, emergency dispatch, or guaranteed response times for any type of work — routine or specialty. For emergencies involving electrical, gas, plumbing, or structural hazards, contact the appropriate licensed professional or emergency services directly.
MyAndes does not guarantee the lowest price, a specific licensed partner, or that a licensed partner will be available for your request.
What MyAndes Does Not Do
MyAndes is a property-care coordination platform — not a licensed general contractor, licensed trade contractor, or employment agency. MyAndes does not hold a general contractor license or any specialty trade license (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, gas piping, roofing, siding, or remodeling). MyAndes does not perform or sell regulated trade work directly. MyAndes does not perform, sell, contract for, supervise, manage, quote, permit, warrant, or schedule regulated construction, trade, or specialty work.
Types of Regulated Work
The following categories require a licensed or registered Minnesota contractor. MyAndes may help route requests for this work to eligible licensed partners after review — but does not perform, guarantee, or sell this work directly.
Electrical
Wiring, panels, outlets, fixtures, and any work requiring a licensed Minnesota electrical contractor.
Plumbing
Pipes, fixtures, water heaters, drains, and any work requiring a licensed Minnesota plumber.
HVAC
Heating, cooling, ventilation, and any work requiring a licensed Minnesota mechanical contractor.
Roofing
Roof repair and replacement requiring a registered Minnesota residential roofer.
Structural / Remodeling
Load-bearing work, additions, remodels, and projects requiring a licensed Minnesota general contractor.
Other Regulated Work
Gas piping, siding, insulation, insurance-claim repairs, code inspections, and other work requiring a Minnesota state license or registration.
How Specialty Work Requests Are Handled
MyAndes does not schedule, supervise, manage, permit, or warrant regulated or specialty work. If your request appears to involve work outside MyAndes direct-service scope, MyAndes may — with your authorization — provide an introduction to an independent licensed or specialty provider. That provider handles everything directly with you.

Describe the work you need through the MyAndes service request form. Include as much detail as possible about the scope, location, and any existing conditions.
MyAndes Reviews Whether the Request Appears Outside Direct-Service Scope
MyAndes reviews the request to determine whether it appears to fall outside routine direct-service scope. MyAndes does not quote, permit, schedule, or manage regulated or specialty work.
MyAndes May Ask for Your Authorization Before Making an Introduction
If the request appears to involve regulated or specialty work, MyAndes may ask for your authorization before making any introduction to an independent licensed or specialty provider. No introduction is made without your prior authorization.
The Independent Provider Gives Its Own Quote and Contract Directly to You
The independent licensed or specialty provider gives its own written quote and contract directly to you. The independent provider handles any permits, insurance, warranty, scheduling, customer communications, and work performance directly with you. MyAndes does not supervise, manage, or act as permit holder for the work.
What MyAndes Coordinates Directly
MyAndes focuses on routine, non-invasive property-care services that do not require a specialized trade license. These services are coordinated through eligible independent Service Providers. MyAndes is not a licensed general contractor, residential building contractor/remodeler, roofer, or trade contractor.
Outside MyAndes Direct Scope — Referral-Only Examples
The following work is outside MyAndes direct-service scope. If your request includes this type of work, MyAndes may — with your authorization — provide an introduction to an independent licensed or specialty provider. The independent provider handles its own quote, contract, permits, insurance, warranty, scheduling, customer communications, and work performance directly with you. MyAndes does not act as the general contractor, construction manager, project manager, licensed trade contractor, employment agency, or permit holder for any of this work.
Customer Authorization Required Before Any Introduction
MyAndes will not share your name, contact information, address, photos, or property details with any outside referral or specialty provider unless you explicitly authorize that sharing. No introduction to an independent licensed or specialty provider will be made without your prior authorization.
Submitting a service request does not automatically authorize sharing your information with outside providers. MyAndes will confirm scope and authorization with you before any introduction is made.
No Hidden Referral Charge
If a referral relationship exists between MyAndes and an independent licensed or specialty provider, any required disclosure will be provided to you before an introduction is made. Referral compensation must not increase your MyAndes direct-service price. No referral workflow is active unless approved in writing by MyAndes.
Minnesota Licensing & Compliance
Minnesota law requires specific licenses and registrations for electrical, plumbing, HVAC, gas piping, roofing, siding, remodeling, and other regulated trade work. MyAndes does not hold these licenses and does not perform this work. Any licensed partner connected through MyAndes remains an independent licensed contractor and does not represent MyAndes. Customers contract with licensed partners directly for regulated work.
MyAndes confirms applicable license and insurance documentation before connecting a customer with a licensed partner, but does not warrant the quality, timeliness, or outcome of any licensed partner's work.
Licensed Specialty Providers & Referral Partners
Roofing, excavation, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, larger deck and build projects, and similar regulated or specialty work falls outside MyAndes direct-service scope. Licensed specialty providers and businesses that regularly refer customers for this type of work may register interest as a Referral Partner.
How it works for licensed specialty providers
- Licensed specialty providers register interest through the Referral Partner application — not the Service Provider application.
- A written Referral Partner Agreement is required before any referral arrangement is activated. No compensation is owed without a fully executed agreement.
- Licensed specialty providers provide their own quote, contract, permits, insurance, warranty, scheduling, and work performance directly with the customer.
- MyAndes does not act as a general contractor, permit holder, or supervisor for regulated specialty work.
- Customer authorization is required before any customer name, contact information, address, or property details are shared.
- MyAndes customer pricing, service approval, and scheduling are entirely separate from any referral partner arrangement.
Registration is interest intake only and does not guarantee approval, a referral partner agreement, or referral compensation.
